I am a reality-therapy choice-theorist, passionate about allowing others to focus on what moves us to act and behave the way we do, not by what others do to us. My work focuses on authentic conversations that will target shifting negative beliefs to more adaptive connections.
I am committed to empowering others to be intentional about their healing and resiliency in all stages of their lives. I believe in taking a collaborative approach by utilizing community resources.
My clinical experience has crossed the borders of Illinois as I have had the blessing to work with military service members and their families within various installations in the USA and overseas.
